SPAG Regional 9-1-1 Mission Statement

to maintain and improve the quality of life for all people in the region by advancing the interests and enhancing the capabilities of participating jurisdictions;
to implement and maintain an effective, technically reliable emergency communication service for citizens within the South Plains region of Texas;
to provide citizens with access to any emergency service by dialing 9-1-1; and
to provide emergency communications equipment, training, and technical support to all 12 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) within the 14-county region.
