Tim Pierce succeeded Jerry Casstevens as SPAG's Executive Director in March of 2005. As Executive Director, he implements changes by the Board, maintains all Board records, and oversees SPAG's day-to-day operations.

Tim joined SPAG in January of 1985 and served as Director of Economic Development for 20 years. During that time, he was responsible for the operation of a housing finance corporation, and Economic Development Administration (EDA) designated economic development district, an EDA revolving loan fund, and Caprock Business Finance Corporation, which administers the SBA 504 commercial loan program.
